I was graduated from Jiangxi university of Finance & Economics in 1995, majored in International accounting.

The work experience in  an import and export corperation, then a industrial corperation helped to build up my basic accounting and management skills after graduate.

In 2002 I entered the YUM China as their GL leader ,and was promoted in the following year to the position of Finance manager to be in charge of 3 legal entities, 21 staffs and a annual sales scale of about 8 billion.

In 2011, I was lucky to be promoted again into a more challenge and interesting position of Finance Director to take care of the business over 5 times than before.
